It will go off on turn nine only if the other player has real bad luck, like drawing nothing but crap, and in such cases the games use to end around turn nine to ten anyway.
Normally, if you face an opponent who just played me on turn six, you will focus as much resources as you can in killing me off or at least denying growth. And in most cases, you will see at least some success.

My colors: Freedom (Red mana symbol) through Knowledge (Blue mana symbol) and Organization (White mana symbol).

It's considerably difficult to even reach your ultimate Archon.. I think it's quite balanced, cause you give them 3 turns after using it until you blow up lots of permanents, lol. You could probably have 4 or 5 starting loyalty (your opponent gets 8 or 7 turns to win the game, unless you proliferate alot, or remove lots of time counters).
Fun idea: You could change the target of your +1 Loyalty ability to any permanent, and then make the ultimate give ALL permanents on the battlefield Vanishing 3. That would justify the card starting at even 6 loyalty, I think (this way the ultimate has a drawback).

You don't meed to say "Vanishing 3" unless you reword it to also effet creatures the player casts, because it says "When the last is removed, sacrifice it." So if there are no time counters on it to began w/, it's not going to vanish, then you would use your first ability to put a time counter on it if it affected permanents you don't control. Other then that, a turn 11 end game unltimate seems balanced to me.

You can always fail to find any extra copies of legends. Most interesting broken ability I think I've seen here is the +1 Loyalty opponents creatures can't attack next turn. No point in doing anything else against most decks.

Here is one I've been working on that is a representation of Rylar.

Background
Before his spark, Rylar was a paladin who worships dragons. It was more as an ideal image of the perfect being to him: wise, passionate, and noble. As a planeswalker, while he traveled the multiverse, he found himself in a position of power with the opportunity to shape a developing plane around his ideals. He founded the greatest city/nation on that plane structured around the ideals of Order, Knowledge, and Passion.

You mean Tarvoc's? It targets only one creature, and it doesn't prevent attacking your teammates. Anyway, your planeswalker version is interesting, but probably a bit useless without dragons. Oh well, I suppose it probably was intentional, so it doesn't matter much. Maybe the card could have an higher starting loyalty. Also the card has some wording issues, and I believe the face-down dragons should have flying. The first ability should probably read "Rylar of Athos deals X damage to target creature and you gain that much life, where X is the number of dragons you control", the second "Discard your hand, then draw cards equal to the greatest power among dragons you control" and the third "You get an emblem with "Face-down creatures you control are 5/5 red dragons with flying." Turn face-down any number of creatures you control."

Maybe you could keep the loyalty as * and have "As an additional cost to cast CARDNAME, you may exile the top card of your library"? That aside, I feel like it should have a cost, I don't get why you couldn't just cast it from your hand. Blue mana symbol is the color which believes the most in the concept of people being born as a tabula rasa which can become anything, so that could fit.
MTGEmperor: The second ability probably doesn't need to specify "basic"
Cajun: I'm not sure about that ultimate, it seems a bit weirdly weak, and the +1 Loyalty should probably say "up to one".
Nazsmith: Very nice card, although people could mill you out with that -8 Loyalty. I think it's fine, though.
Huw: Nice card, but the +1 Loyalty should probably say "up to one". And maybe the ultimate could include noncombat damage and damage dealt by planeswalkers as well.
Bergen: Wordy, but nice.
Lux Eterna: Oh, the rare planeswalker is weird. I suppose it's not overpowered or too complex, but it doesn't look that amazingly rewarding to play. I love Unbound Dreamer, though, and I feel that scary drawing thing.
Rahel: +1 Loyalty should probably say "up to one" and should say "he or she". Overall this looks really nice, though. I feel that Frigid is a bit weird to put in the name, but eh, whatever.
Davyd: Yeah, this guy's +1 Loyalty should also say "up to one". I like the card overall, though.

Now, you've got me thinking about what kind of powers would I have, rather than just reflecting on where I fall on the color pie...

-4 Loyalty: You get an emblem with "Play with the top of your library revealed." and "You may play nonland permanents from your library by paying X mana symbol, where X is their converted mana cost."

December 2017 - R32 - "We are more than just rank and file..."
February 2018 - DDH - "Remember that overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer."

I stand with the specimen.

@Kixleart: "Look at the top three cards of your library. put one in your hand, put another one on the bottom of your library and exile the remaining card."

EDIT: Also, you might want to word the second ability "Choose a card in exile you own. You may cast that card this turn" If you have room, you might also want to add (You still need to pay all costs to cast it).

@digiman619: to my knowledge, it's assumed that you need to pay the cost of the spell unless it says "without paying it's mana cost." in the ability allowing you to cast it.

@Kixl: Probably. Wouldn't be the first time reminder text was redundant, though.

Would you look at that: It's the un-set version of me.

Also, for anyone still wondering, I've decided to leave out a mana cost on me as the card is for and exile/cards from outside the game matters set which will have plenty of ways to cheat things in.

Glitch I get it could be cheated out, but what I'm asking is why does it have to be cheated out?

@Ziolang: Technically, you don't need to use Y and Z because the three different times they're used in different abilities. If I had a creature with multiple variable abilities, I could use X for all of them.

You actually have to be careful with that; digiman. While it might work for Ziolang and other sets of activated abilities (so long as there is no X in the mana cost as that would set all X's everywhere on the card), Multiple instances of the same letter to represent a variable will more often then not be the same value at any given time.

So...this is going to seem VERY strange, but I'm curious - did Glitch of 3 years ago consider that that basic landwalk token would prly last one turn unless your opponent got SuPeR screwed over?

And now for something different.

Planeswalker - JBPuffin Mythic Rare 5 mana symbol
+1 Loyalty Support 2.
-3 Loyalty Creatures you control gain indestructible until end of turn.
-8 Loyalty You get an emblem with, "Whenever you would put +1/+1 counters on a creature you control, put twice that many creatures on that creature instead."

I like GW +1/+1 counter decks a LOT.

@Digiman: It avoids potential confusion. Plus he gets to be literal Z Warrior [even though Zio has nothing to do with the dragonball universe...!]

The Seer of Eternities has an underwhelming ultimate, and looks a bit costly.
The 38 is a bit weirdly worded but looks fine.
Alycc and Ziolang should say "up to one target creature" in their +1 Loyalty's but are mostly good.
The other cards look nice as well.

? Red mana symbol
Planeswalker - ? Mythic Rare
+1 Loyalty: Double up to one target creature's power until end of turn.
-2 Loyalty: CARDNAME deals 2 damage to target creature or player. You may sacrifice a creature. If you do, CARDNAME deals 4 damage to target creature or player instead.
-4 Loyalty: For each creature you control, you may discard a card. Then, CARDNAME deals damage equal to twice the number of cards in your hand or to twice the number of cards discarded this way to target creature or player.
Starting loyalty 1

No idea for the name. I don't want to call him Neottolemo because that's Neoptolemus, Achilles's son. I also don't have any ideas about the title. While the previous Red mana symbol version of me was more focused on affecting spells that could affect creatures or players, this can work as a support wizard or alone relying on improvisation. Maybe some sort of non-traditional pyromancer that more or less instinctively manipulates different kinds of warmth. And the +1 Loyalty's a way to charge their powers better, which has additional benefits when around people. Not sure about the wording on the -2 Loyalty. And he would probably have a couple cards exchanging permanents until end of turn and sacrificing things in his library. This seems to fit to me, but I have a feeling that I might be able to make a flavorful 'me' planeswalker in other colors, too. And everybody seems to be making one about them as the creators of stories, so I could make one of those next, I guess.
