Up: Great in a Vampire/Leech tribal deck. Pretty bad otherwise. I suppose it could be pretty good with lifegain, but that's pretty much it. Other than that, I like it. 7/10

UP: I really like the design, but I was too busy giggling at "can't attack as long as your opponent controls a cat" to make any criticism. Just kidding, but I can't really think of anything wrong for its effects, save for losing the tokens, going by Hanweir Garrison. The fact that's its legendary and the double red cost seems like enough of a drawback to justify the large amount of token production. And if your opponent is some kind of Cat fanatic, both players can go off laughing about how your opponent won the game because your commander was sacred of his cat.

Up: Interesting design, though it does seem a little weird to exile the token because it cost you probably 3-4 cards. I think you don't need the exile bit because that makes this entirely unplayable. Cool idea though!

Old: Returns something from the battlefield to its owner's hand.
New: It is a creature with two or more uniquely paired creature types, i.e., Human Horror or Plant Warrior. Basically types you wouldn't ordinarily see on a creature.

@ZephyrPhantom: Nice card for THG. Isn't impressive enough for commander and mostly useless in 1v1. If there ever is a supplemental product for THG, this should be in.

@Yoshi: Nice and crazy card. The indestructible ability should be a trigger for "~ is indestructible this turn". The way it is now, it still dies to lethal combat damage, just after the combat pahse.

UP: This card wouldn't add any fade counters to creatures on the battlefield, so effectively this forces players to sac all creatures they control during their next upkeep. I don't know if that was intentional, but this card would not be fun to play with or against given that it basically restricts attacking creatures without haste for only two blows. It's an effective card, but one that I'd screech at if I saw someone casting it.

Up: Really interesting effect. Basically makes the game an all out "Who has the highest power" brawl. Flavorful for the timeline depicted, and very functional as a card. It works more as a 'win more' card though, as if you play this and you don't have an existing advantage you're more or less screwing yourself over. Props for making a card that made me have to think a good three times about its design.

What if Jace never found out about Alhammarret's shenanigans, therefore never getting ticked off enough to ignite his spark?

Up: I feel like it doesn't really fit either challenge. The challenges say that it doesn't untap, not that you have the choice; and, that it encourages you to attack with everything you have, again, I feel like it doesn't really do that. Other than that, it's fairly interesting. 6/10

Up: This is a somewhat scary card to go against. It's a catch 22; kill it, and they still have strong creatures, don't kill it, and you're dealing with a 4/2 first strike. Perhaps if the creature itself was a 2/2?

Up: So, if it's in your graveyard, in exchange for not being able to cast after combat, you get 3 attack steps? That seems either way OP, or totally useless, depending on whether or not your guys have vigilance. (Who cares if you have two more attack steps if they're tapped after the first?)

Up: Considering cards like Entomb exist, I'd say this might be a bit too powerful, especially with 3/1 stats in a color that can kill it in an instant. It allows you to take three combat steps, so I'd say this is a bit of a "win more" card, but since damage to creatures doesn't filter out until end of turn you could have many, many ridiculous plays with that ability and Vigilance. Overall, I'd say that the design is unique and interesting, but might be overpowered considering how easy it is to get it into the yard, be it discard or good old burn.

Clockstop Dragon: Despite the fact that it it turns all Treason effects into mind controls, this card actually seems quite balanced and perhaps could work even at Rare as it bears quite a few similarities to a Willbreaker which is by no means a powerful card itself.

Timetwister Hellkite: While I have no problem with and actually kind of enjoy the chaos of the phase swapping ability I do think that stats of this creature are kind of insane by themselves. A 2/6 Flyer is nothing to be sneezed at, and can be a problematic obstacle to overcome especially for decks with little unconditional removal. Add on the fact that this creature can also create a very quick clock in the air with its flowstone ability makes this card just a little too good for 5 mana and probably and probably deserves an increased cost or redused toughness in order to cull some of its power.

Up: The only issue I see is that red dragons are usually incredibly expensive and powerful. So, at the late point in the game when you can get red dragons, you could essentially give most of your dragons unblockable. Other than that, it's pretty good. 7/10

Dryad's Blessing: This feels quite underwhelming for rare. It's not bad, but just a weak rare. Most anthems are 3 mana for +1/+1 to all creatures you control, regardless of type. Since this is limited to a specific tribe, you still could have made it +1/+1 at 2 CMC. Your second ability feels slightly off-color. Most pinging goes to red, and granted, this is defensive pinging, so it might be white. It's not horribly off-color just slightly so. Additionally, I don't think that ability works as well as you want it to: this ability triggers after your Elves have taken combat damage, but it makes the Elf deal the extra damage. I could be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure that means if the Elf dies to combat damage, this extra pinging won't matter because there'll be no creature to do the damage. Most cards do damage themselves, as opposed to making other cards deal damage for reasons like this. Might be better to give it a pump ability only to be activated during combat. That feels greener and means you'll get the extra power as long as you activate the ability. 7.7/10

Tidbit: Of the 6 Hydra creature cards that do not feature the word "Hydra" in their name, four are from Theros block: Heroes' Bane, Nessian Wilds Ravager, Polukranos, World Eater, and Scourge of Skola Vale. The other two are Progenitus from Alara and Ulasht, the Hate Seed from old Ravnica, making half of those same 6 cards Legendary.

New: Does not feature +1/+1 counters.

Up: I admit, I was waiting for someone else to do the negative power design, because I had nothing for it. As for your card, this could be an uncommon; seeing that you need Red mana symbolRed mana symbolRed mana symbolRed mana symbol for it to be remotely effective. I mean, I understand the complexity issues, but I say this should be Uncommon
