Correction: storm is any spell... but this is REALLY op... Also it was supposed to let you get any basic land regardless, even if all swamps just stopped existing you could still get a swamp, the point was you didn't need another one of the basic land to get it. Also mirri's wake is white (even if it shouldn't be)

Notrh Shiv Gravity: This fits the challenge only based on your interpretation of "all creatures". And considering it is free targeting, it does fit. Otherwise, it's quite, eccentric and definitely Rare. I'm not really sure what I think of it.

@Pacattack25: Shrivel is a mass -1/-1 at Common for 1 mana symbolBlack mana symbol, so I felt the the additional toughness makes things harder to kill, and therefore should be a little more color-intensive.

I won't respond, but your card really needs to be at sorcery speed, as there's now no reason to ever use Divination. Ceta is a rarity higher, but does much more for the same cost. 6.5/10.

divination is also common... but still needed to be a sorcery your right, also does much more for 4 extra mana... I will still take the 6.5 as I can not think of a follower to ceta... (it needs a better name than THAT, but it needs to begin with ceta Ceta Disciple, Ceta Sanctuary, Cetavolver I just am getting writer's block... then again I've never been good on names)

CoreyImperia: Mass -1/-1 has the potential to kill many creatures, creating what could be a 2, 3, even 4-for-1. Indiscriminate Blessing can't reap such card advantage.

@Inanimate: True. You are only going to benefit from mass +1/+2 if you have the boardstate advantage to begin with, so it probably can afford to be costed the same, or less, depending on how you look at it.

Unlimited Growth: So, it's limited and Rare version of Forced Adaptation but with a bigger payload? It can afford to cost a little less because of this, especially since it may not activate each turn and it does feel more black than green.

Dear god is that mana cost stupid-looking. Really, no card would have that. Also it doesn't do anything because of the first line. -10/10
EDIT - Okay, saw the fix. Why doesn't the last ability care about colors? Actually, since that last ability is also the most complicated one and it already has three abilities, I think you should scrap the last one. This card can be easily a one-sided board-wipe. Missing rarity and card type-if it's an instant mass destruction spell it's probably too strong as it is, if it's a sorcery mass counterspell it's useless. Still loathe that mana cost. 5.5/10

@Fythan: Not all Gods have to be enchantments. That's just Theros lore. Anyways, he's insanely weak. His second ability is hit-or-miss, and doesn't really have the same effect as Llawan for obvious reasons. I don't see why you'd want him to be a creature, as heavy black beatdown provides much better creatures like Pack Rat, Phyrexian Negator, and, of course, the feared Phyrexian Obliterator. His graveyard ability is pretty useless. It's very incremental, and could probably be 2 even. The only thing assisting it is that he's not indestructible, but if you really are getting him into the graveyard that way you may as well sacrifice him. I don't really like him, sorry. The only deck that could use that ability is Dredge, which kills far too fast to need chip damage.

Also, grade last guy. And, um, you didn't meet the challenge. It has to be an instant and work in the GY.

Don't worry Oberon, I'm there for ya.
Temporal Fluctuations: Eh. Taking an extra turn to do nothing doesn't seem to be that powerful. I mean, Savor the Moment was quite aggressively costed, making it effectively 3 for an extra combat step, but at 7 it's hard to abuse. It's at least another Time Walk for EDH, I guess. There are decks I can think of that would just activate abilities.

A way to stop hate cards, like Tormod's Crypt hates on graveyard strategies. An anti-hate card for that might be "You have hexproof."

Syltha of Starlight: This is a very powerful god, especially considering you've got it sitting at a Rare. I'd probably raise the rarity and drop the cost by one. I don't like how it promotes you to not play cards (i.e greater life gain) but it meets the challenge.

Procepsis: I don't get how this is "anti-hate". It kinda reads more like hate itself.

Nilwrought Armor: Nice idea, but isn't that a bit costly? I mean, +1/+2 is a pretty small bonus for something with those costs. Maybe make the equip cost 2 mana symbol? I don't really know.
