Balance: this is like a Lich Mirror, but instant and with a strange condition (imposed by flavor text). Why don't you draw cards (maybe equal to the CMC of the sacrificed creature)? And why is the CMC 3 or greater? And why 15 life? However, it's good. 8
Creativity: enough strange and original, in my opinion. 4
Flavor: Your creature dies a hero. But can it live enough to become a villain? Unless I'm missing something, I think that there isn't this part of the flavor text. 7

And probably the same is true for enchantments (with magical parts, or something like that). 9 (That's why I didn't penalize Parakus: the same reasoning could be used to justify his card; gods probably join something to create something more evoluted. But this doesn't explain why God can't "join" creatures.)

Balance: Purple is a very powerful and bizarre color. Has dragons with big wings but uncapable of flying. And it's a Shivan Dragon ridden by a Honor Guard, fused with half Ancient Hellkite (A M11 card ). Still with unusable wings XD
Creativity: Did you forget flying? Do I have to rate a card from a color outside of the mana wheel? Is this madness? Or Sparta?
Flavor: Made me laugh.
Honestly, I can't rate this card. Except for flavor, which I liked. Not very creative, I think.

Balance: It's difficult to judge lands. I think this is quite balanced. Its mana ability is redundant. 8

Creativity: You don't often see instant +2/+2 combat tricks, especially ones that give a bonus to everything you've got. Nice job.
Flavor: I love how the concept of time is present both in the flavor text and the rebound mechanic. It's not a perfect fit, but it's a poetic one.

Balence: This seems very reasonable, considering other card draw. Scry 3 may be a bit high, but I think it's fine given the downside.
Creativity: A divining top varient mixed with Sedraxis Alchemist. Quite cool to see allied colors added to a varient of an older card.
Flavor: "You already knew something dark was there, didn't you?" I think that's a great fit for the flavor text, it reminds me of the Invasion/Weatherlight Story era cards that oozed with plot.

Balence: Command is a nice balencing ability, and keeps this guy in check. Limiting the counters to vampires was a good choice as well.
Creativity: Nice design. I like how he's made to do whatever the vampires tell him, and only when they command it.
Flavor: Good job here. Since Mindless Null many people have been waiting for a great vampire blooddoll, and each part of this creature captures that very well.

Balence: A large problem in that I can just keep puting my tide counters on the same permanent, and have no downside. Shroud also makes it very difficult to deal with.
Creativity: Unique, but not unpresedented.
Flavor: The flavor text seems like an afterthough, and the whole thing isn't really tied together. It's a kraken that floods the battlefield and not much else.

Flavor: Nicely conveyed sense of overall flavor. You would have gotten more points if it was closer to white or the first option was a bit different. Great job overall.

Flavor: I really enjoy realizing how the flavor text implies making a monster from around 12 creatures. You've given personalities and an image to Kylik and Narin without anything more than a text box. Good Job.
