You're right, Utheraptor... however, Wizards of the Coasts also stated that every Magic card will have the same back, that every artifact must be colorless, that core sets can only contain reprints and non-legendaries, etc.
In short, WotC makes rules only to break them after some years...
As AgentPaper said, this is game-changing enough, and helps my new mechanic (Loyal). I'd like to keep my submission; if you don't allow me, I'm going to sue you in 2017, after WotC prints the first common planeswalker.

I confused a little. You said that you’ll repost and that I should ignore your first post, but you did not. Hmmm… I will consider your first entry as valid. So…
Aura swap is one of my favorite keywords. You used it in cool angle (Arcanum Mantle is ingenious), but it is not gamechanging enough.
EyeOfTruth
Spoiler:
Transcendence is very interesting keyword, but if you imagine it with something likeGaea’s Herald it is extremely overpowered. On the other side, it is pretty useless in normal decks, cause it is to specific. But it is gamechanging.

I think that anchored is not gamechanging in any way. Phasing is unused for a long time so it only deals with exile. It is a good stuff, but not the type I want.

Altough that common planeswalkers looks like strange to me, your entry is pretty cool. I love the Paradox Monolith. Now i can destroy a permanent and get a creature and +1 loyalty with my Bolas in one turn! If loyal get printed, it will surely see much of tournament playing…
Sewn-Eye
Spoiler:
The most cool entry for this challenge. It is supremely powerful weapon for combo players, especially if it is combined with replicate. With this mechanic, agro grows into new size!
It would make "exile target..." no longer the best single target removal. People might actually have to decide if they want to run with destroy target or exile target spells.
All right. I want you guys to design a keyword lord like Hand of the Praetors and Sprite Noble. The keyword can be anything, even a custom keyword of your own design.

Islandhome, huh? While the lord P/T buff is massive, I can't really see this being used for anything else. There are far easier and cheaper ways to make lands islands (even permanently) than this. You'll HAVE to run those if you want to attack, I don't know, before turn 14. Which then makes the second ability redundant.

Deathtouch, huh? I'm not really sure that deathtouch is the best choice for a keyword lord, and your card is a pretty good example why. The +0/+2 bonus is really awkward (white much?), but I do understand why you did it. Killing tapped creatures is pretty flavorful and nice, though it makes the deathtouch ability itself slightly redundant.

The abilities don't really feel very lord-like. I honestly feel that it has to do with the fact that you chose double strike as your keyword, as it's just not a very interesting keyword. Double strike isn't something you can really build around. It's not a particularly bad card, though, and it's not poorly designed either. I just don't think it quite fits the challenge.

First strike : Each player discards a card. Hellbent - Creatures you control with hellbent gain "Creatures you control with hellbent get +1/+0" if you have no cards in hand.

Wow, that last ability is worded awkwardly. The issue with it is that hellbent is an ability word, meaning you can't reference it in text, so this wouldn't work. Aside from that, the discard ability seems really overcosted, and if the last ability did work, it's honestly really clunky, even for a mythic legend.

Phasing
The "legend rule" doesn't apply to Legion, the Infinite.
Creatures with phasing gain haste and "Whenever this creature phases in, put a time counter on it.
Really weird card, I definitely was not expecting a phasing lord. Unfortunately, like phasing, it's very clunky and complex (probably because of the use of phasing itself). It doesn't seem particularly strong (as opposed to, say, Chronozoa). You could probably do away with it being legendary, honestly, and remove an entire line of text that's essentially worthless. Pretty cool card, though.

Interesting. Having all your spells cantrip is a bit scary, though the fact that spells with cycling tend to be more costlier might balance it out. I find it a bit odd, though, that this lets you play cards to draw cards, when you could discard the very same cards to... draw cards.
You guys picked some pretty weird and old keywords. Rampage, phasing, and islandhome? Really? The most recent keyword you guys used was graft, and there were no custom keywords. I'll admit, I wasn't expecting that, but on the upside, the submissions were, in general, nicely designed.
So, here's the winner:
Spoiler:
Inanimate and the Warmind Herald! I know I mentioned this in my critique, but I felt that it was very solid submission. The card was cleanly designed, and I really liked how you wove haste, first strike, and firebreathing together in one card, but managed to keep it without getting out of hand.
Another entry I was considering for this spot were elmdor's Resonant Saurian, which was also very well designed. If ever there was a keyword-lord for echo, I think this could be it.
EDIT - Crap. Looks like Notepad doesn't spellcheck with those squiggly red lines.

Actually there is a reason why Legion is legendary, and its for cards that specifically call out legendary creatures, like Karakas or a number of kamigawa legendary cards.
If you want a card to be legendary, it's probably a really good idea to make sure it doesn't clone itself. I'd much rather have flavor text than the near-useless "the 'legend rule' doesn't apply to CARDNAME" line. A good guideline to design in Magic is: the less text, the better.

All new planeswalkers must be

That just happened.
Yes, that is true, but wizards stated that after Alara...

I think
planeswalkers is his "big game-changing new thing". The fact that Wizards hasn't done that yet seems like it's kinda the point.
Good point, AgentPaper, but planeswalkers are so unique that they must be
. Also their effects are quite overpowered on any other rarity.

That sounds like something the judge should be deciding.

How Is anchoring not game changing in anyway?
It would make "exile target..." no longer the best single target removal. People might actually have to decide if they want to run with destroy target or exile target spells.

All right. I want you guys to design a keyword lord like Hand of the Praetors and Sprite Noble. The keyword can be anything, even a custom keyword of your own design.
I will be judging next Tuesday night.

Phasing
The Legendary rule does not apply to Legion, The Infinite.
Creatures with phasing gain haste and
"Whenever this creature phases in, put a time counter on it.
During your upkeep, put a copy of this creature into play for each time counter on it."
3/3
For those of you who don't know, when a token phases out it ceases to exist. So if you kill the actual card, the entire stream of them will cease to exist. The idea behind this is that a creature keeps popping in and out of the timeline and starts popping into existence multiple times.

Rampage 3 (Whenever this creature becomes blocked, it gets +3/+3 until end of turn for each creature blocking it beyond the first.)
Each creature you control with rampage must be blocked by two or more creatures if able.
2/2
Note, the static ability says they must be blocked by at least two creatures, so whenever it attacks your opponent has to block if they can, and with two creatures, meaning you always get the rampage boost for the second blocker ("... beyond the first.") Also, it affects itself too. Effectively, it's like a 5/5 for 4 mana, or a 2/2 unblockable.

______________________________________________________________________________________
EDIT - Crap. Looks like Notepad doesn't spellcheck with those squiggly red lines.
"Too wary to charge, too prudent to serve. Not anymore."
—Sedris, the Traitor King
Actually there is a reason why Legion is legendary, and its for cards that specifically call out legendary creatures, like Karakas or a number of kamigawa legendary cards.
Madness returns in Chornostasis
If you want a card to be legendary, it's probably a really good idea to make sure it doesn't clone itself. I'd much rather have flavor text than the near-useless "the 'legend rule' doesn't apply to CARDNAME" line. A good guideline to design in Magic is: the less text, the better.
"Too wary to charge, too prudent to serve. Not anymore."

Oh wow, thanks for the kind words! I'm pretty humbled!
I don't have a challenge ready at all, though. I'll edit it into this post soon enough!
Also, I really liked the theme this week. We had some really cool submissions!
