I thought you were working on a set called Mare Harenum. Did you give up on that, or was it someone else's set? It sounded really cool.

Mare Harenum was mine, but its not finished or currently under construction, so I left it be. I'd like to finish it sometime, but it really needs more time than I have to give it right now.

I don't want to sound stupid or get myself suspended, but why does this post claim to be from "Wed, 1969-12-31 21:00"?

Because I can edit time stamps for posts and I decided I wanted to "sink" this one to the very bottom of the forums. That was the oldest time stamp I could make.

All your sets are in zipped folders with other types of flies as well. Could you possibly change the way that the downloads are set up so that the pictures are optional downloads and the main download is just the set file?

I don't understand what you're asking - in my experience if one is in a zip, its by itself. Already done renders are of course optional... Which set specifically?

Is this thread an appropriate place to debate wording of specific cards in your custom sets? Its something I enjoy doing, but can see a thread growing quite large from such.
Perhaps you have a forum for the cards themselves, or prefer email.

(Self reminder, Taint - Infusion)

Pay 1 life: Return a creature from the graveyard to the battlefield on an angelic platform. (This creature will not receive combat damage for about 3 seconds. Some games should not be mixed.)

I'd rather not debate my cards here - this thread is only meant as a listing.

If you with to discuss some of the cards, it is probably best to use the thread for the set. I know, that's necroing. But it's better than here or in a new topic.

Keep in mind, though, I'm not particularly inclined to go back and do lots of corrections, especially as far as balance or actual effect, and especially with my oldest set, Taint. The older it is, the less interested I am in going back and doing a bunch of editing.

hi pichoro, i was looking into posting one of my own sets online, and your model seems great. I was wondering if you could give me some advice on how to post my set, because I haven't been able to find a way to link mse files onto this site.

First, I replied to your other posting about this.

My "model" I use now probably won't help you much. Originally, with The Taint, I created a webpage using MSE's HTML export template (which doesn't work currently because of an unresolved bug).

After that, I moved on to hosting images and set files via a subversion provider. This won't be of much use to most people, because most people aren't developers for an open source program, and so aren't familiar with subversion methods. I learned so that I could work on MSE, and have expanded my use of it to managing sets. Also, it requires the installation of a special program that most people don't have already.

Just like in my reply to your thread on this, I'll simply recommend that you host images via a provider, such as imageshack or photobucket. That is probably your best bet.

I noticed all your cards had such nice pictures. How'd you get them. I always have to get pictures from google images =(.

I'm awesome
