@Courtney - I'd say no, since this doesn't make sense at all. I'll alter my challenge to make it simpler for you. Don't forget to rate my card in your post also.
Challenge - Make an enemy colored creature card. (R/W, G/B, U/R, G/U, etc...)
Spell Shatter - 9/10 It will usually be cast as a Cancel, but there is that slim chance where you get in a counter war and this will end up as a Counterspell. I think mana cost would be do-able if it was uncommon, but that might be a bit too good. Great card.
Jik Syltar, Rotmage
Legendary Creature - Skeleton Wizard
Deathtouch
Whenever Jik Syltar, Rotmage enters the battlefield, put a 5/5 green and black Giant Rat creature token onto the battlefield.
Unearth

Rotmage : When I saw this card all I could say was "Ooo..." Very well done, really like it. 10/10
Goblin Shrink Ray
Artifact - Equipment
Equipped creature has ", Unattach ~: This creature and another target creature get -X/-X where X is the combined power of both creatures."
Equip
Next Challenge : Make a two colored uncommon creature with a creature type that appears rarely in either color (IE. A white/blue Goblin or a red/green Merfolk)
Goblin Shrink Ray:
Extremely funny. My only complaint is that it is a bit too complicated to be goblinmade, but it could pass as Izzet or something. It's also a bit expensive, but it's okay since it has a strong effect.
Hoz Clepsydra, Unhallowed Envoy
Creature — Zombie Cleric
Lifelink, persist
Whenever Hoz Clepsydra or another creature enters the battlefield, you may gain 3 life. "Yea, I remember ol' Hoz. 'E was a good preacher… tah t' poin' of continuin' preachin' durin' unlife."
—Clavo, Darkdawn smith
4/4
Hoz Clepsydra : WONDERFULLY DONE! Couldn't have done it better myself, just lovely! Only thing wrong, I'd have him as a Legend. 9.5/10
Spoiler:
I picked : Make a card based on a myth and make a legend. They seemed to go hand in hand.
Zlatorog, The Goldenhorn
Creature - Elk
Protection from red and black.
Swampwalk, mountainwalk.
3/3 “And there before me stood a white buck with horns of gold. It’s gaze met my eyes and suddenly, all the hatred and despair in my soul was gone.”
Based on the legendary Zlatorog, it was the last mythical creature on Wikipedia's list of mythical creatures. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goldhorn )

Next Challenge (Let's stay with the multiple choose challenge): Pick two
-> Wedge Color card
-> Altered storyline Legendary creature (IE. Ascendant Evincar and Crovax, Ascendant Hero)
-> Has Morph
-> A way to cast it without mana
-> Cares about the stack in some way
Space mortal -
creature-human
Haste
As an additional cost to space mortal 2 creatures. : If you have a card in the stack, place it at the top.
3/3
Next make a spell that when you discard a card you gain a life

Not sure if COURTNEY is a troll or not at this point ... You did use two of my limitations, but ... I don't think you understand how to play Magic ... I'll do your challenge anyway.
Space Mortal : A CC 3/3 Haster with the added cost of needing two guys to be tapped still seems ... Not balanced at all. It's ability dealing with the stack ... Kind of makes sense while not really making sense. In the end, you really didn't do what I asked and the card is downright unplayable. 0/10
Gravemoss
Creature - Zombie Fungus
Whenever a player discards a card, you gain 1 life.
1/1
Next Challenge : Pick one of these three cards and make it into a Magic card.
Gravemoss - Reversed version of Liliana's Caress? Looks good enough, but gaining life straight out on black looks bit strange. 7/10
I will... Choose a card that is familier because I used it many, many times.
For person wondering, yes. It is purposely broken. (It should be broken enough to be restricted in Legacy.)
Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
Legendary Creature - Serpent
Flying, Shroud
Discard a card: Return target permanent to its owner’s hand.
5/4 “It was one of the dragon revived as a last resort. Who would have ever imagined that choice was last mistake we made when our world was alive?”
—Gantala, the General of the Ice Barrier
Bonus card.
Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
Legendary Creature - Dragon
Convoke
When you cast Trishula, exile three target permanent.
Flying, double strike, trample
6/5 Who would have known the last hope would become the end that they were so desperate to avoid?
And yes, Purposely broken again.
Next : Choose any banned card from any other Collectible Card Game then Magic: The Gathering, make it into a Magic card.
Brionac: one does not simply walk into Mordor make a broken card for a forum game. A 5/5 with flying and shroud costs ; I think that your card (which is also legendary) would be fine with an additional () cost of the activated ability. Maybe add "nonland"? It should also have the creature type Dragon, in my opinion.
Magician of Faith
Creature -- Human Wizard
Morph
When CARDNAME is turned face up, you may return target sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand.
1/2
I made two cards, you may rate this one too if you wish:
Chaos Emperor Dragon
Legendary Creature -- Dragon
Flying, trample , Exile a black card and a white card from your graveyard, Exile Chaos Emperor Dragon: Destroy all nonland permanents. Each player discards his or her hand. Each opponent loses life equal to the number of cards put into that player's graveyard from anywhere this turn.
6/5
Next challenge: pick a common card from a card game other than Magic: the Gathering and make it into a Magic card.
"All science is either physics or stamp collecting." [Ernest Ruthenford]
"In man we all pray!" [Tony Hadley]
@elmdor - I don't know why, but Brionac in yugioh is Sea-Serpent despite the fact it clearly says 'Dragon'. (While I know Sea Serpent is usually used as a mechanic to stop the card that would break if it is dragon because of the supports that Dragon tribe deck have.)
Since I was using Brionac as a base, I thought making into same power level was fine. (That Brionac is broken as he was the major cause of Premature Burial (Still banned), Arms Hole (Unbanned), Trishula (Recently Banned), and possibly Plaguespreader Zombie (Restricted).)
IDK what game these cards are from but I'll give it a whirl.
Magician of Faith - I really like this card, but I think its way to weak. the 4 mana to return a sorcery to your hand seems like too big a cost. But other than that I'd use it. 9/10
Chaos Emperor Dragon - This name sounds like a joke. It feels like one of those generic super powerful god cards that a lot of people who first get their hands on MSE make. But too each his own. 4/10 Feel free to critique this critique.
Atomic Axe
Instant
Destroy target creature that had damage dealt to it this turn.
I just looked up common Versus System cards and picked this out of the hat.
Next - Make a card based on something from Skyrim. If you never played Skyrim, SHAME ON YOU. Instead make an aura that enchants equipment.
Curses ... I got beat to the last challenge. It's all in this spoiler now.
Spoiler:
Magician of Faith : Really like this. R/U cards are a personal favorite of mine and I think you embodied what the color combo is all about while also reflecting the original card. Only thing I would have changed was the morph cost to which would make it a flashbacked Mystic Retrieval that can't grab Instant cards. 9/10
Swine Farm
Land : Add to your mana pool. , and Sacrifice ~: Draw a card. Target opponent gets a green 1/1 Boar token.
Atomic Axe : It's a worse version of Fatal Blow, but now I can have two Fatal Blows in my singleton decks. If another effect was added on *cough*DRAW A CARD*cough* This would have been an easy ten outta ten. 6/10
Never played Skyrim and don't plan on it.
Rust Tick Extract
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant equipment.
Enchanted equipment loses 'Equip'. If enchanted equipment is already equipped a permanent, unequip it.
Next Challenge : Pick two options
-> Make a legendary Bear
-> A card that settles a tied game (No coin flips/die rolls)
-> A colorless creature that is colored (Transguild Golem)
-> A new ability that cares about cards in exile
-> A four colored general for EDH
@Balaam - Chaos Emperor Dragon -Envoy of The End- is actual banned card from yu-gi-oh. (For reason why it is banned, think as this is a sorcery that can be played by exiling two cards from hand with 'Sacrifice all permanent, for each permanent sacrificed this way, target player loses 2 life.'
Rust Tick Extract - A neat idea, but for the casting cost, you could destroy 3 artifacts (see Oxidize. Would have worked better in Black (which has no artifact destruction), or with a cantrip "draw a card." 6/10
Colorless Creature - I was about to make one for my Commander themed set anyway! (Cheating slightly- is okay if he's a 5 color commander?)
Gochenour the Negotiator -
Legendary Creature - Human Advisor
Gochenour the Negotiator is all colors. If he is in a Commander deck and is not the commander, he is all of the colors of your commander.
Spend only colored many to pay for Gochenour the Negotiator's casting cost and ability cost. : Target player chooses a target player, and then a non-land permanent that player controls. The second player targets a non-land permanent controlled by the first player. They exchange control of those permanents. Gochenour the Negotiator cannot be targeted by this ability.
3/4
Challege: Design a non-land that you can legally have more than 4 of in a deck, (a la Relentless Rats)

Gochenour the Negotiator - Wow. Wild card. My biggest gripe is that it's a very blue card. Beyond that, the wording's off and there's just so much of it.
"Spend only colored mana to cast Gochenour the Negotiator.
Gochenour is all colors of your commander's color identity. If you do not own a commander, Gocehnour is all colors. , : Two target players chooses a nonland permanent that the other player controls. They exchange control of those permanents. Gochenour cannot be chosen. Spend only only colored mana to activate this ability."
Don't forget, you only need to mention the legend's entire name once in the text box. All other times, you can cut the titles and stuff. Also, the wording on the second ability probably isn't right. Anyway. Yeah. This seems way too blue to pass as a colorless creature that's also all colors. Its splashiness makes it extremely powerful, as is the fact that if it's the only nonland permanent you control, you just steal a permanent.
4/10
Mana Rot
Enchantment — Aura
Enchant creature
Tether (You pay an additional as you cast this spell. If you do, search your library for a card that shares a name with this card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.)
Enchanted creature gets -2/-2 for each card named Muiris's Plague on the battlefield and in each graveyard.
A deck can have any number of cards named Muiris's Plague in it.
Next up! Design a creature card that has the word "candle" in its name.

Mana Rot - What is Muiris's plague? Typo, I guess? did you mean Mana rot? Still, fun card 6/10
Candleflame Extinguisher
Creature - Spirit
Flying, Flash
When ~ enters the battlefield, counter target red spell.
1/1
Next: Choose three:
-Make a library matters card
-Make a graveyard matters card
-Make a hand matters card
-Make a Ravnica Guild Card
-Make a Kobold card
-Make an enemy colored card

Candleflame Extinguisher : Very flavorful. I really cannot think of what to change here, it's a solid card and one I'd love to own. 10/10
I picked: Enemy colored, Ravnica, and Kobold
Enhanced Kobold
Creature - Kobold
Other Kobold creatures you control get +1/+1.
:t:, Discard a card at random: Put a 0/1 red and blue Kobold creature token onto the battlefield. "The problem wasn't that our experiment didn't work, it's that it DIDwork."

Crystalline Cavern
Land : Add to your mana pool.
Reveal ~ from your hand: Draw a card, then put ~ on top of your library.
This card is some simple card-acceleration on a land. The only problem with it, is the infinite combo with Jace's Erasure.
Next: Make an Elemental, but the elemental cannot be of the five overused types (Fire, Water, Air, Earth, Storm). Get creative with it.

Crystalline Cavern - Very original. Only a 9/10 instead of a 10/10, due to the fact that you knew it had an infinite combo and didn't come up with a solution. (Ex. Pay to use, use only at start of Upkeep, etc.)
How about a trip to Ravnica, via Arabian Nights?
Urban Elemental -
Creature - Elemental
All nonbasic lands gain, "Whenever this land becomes tapped, it deals 1 damage to it's controller," and ": Add one mana of any color to your mana pool." Those who mutter, "If only these walls could talk," are often surprised to find out that they can.
5/4
Next challenge: Make a card that would fit in a Minotaur Tribal deck!
Misc Comments on above posts-
Spoiler:
- Shame the negotiator didn't fly. I have an extra slot in my skeleton for a mythic creature, and was hoping to fill it with a "colorless/all colored" creature. Any suggestions are welcome.
-Kobolds for the win! I love them so much I'm sticking 'em in my set. Personally, I'd have given him 2/3, so he's fatter on the bottom (to match the other kobolds!)
-Courtney - Well, I'd be lying if I said I understood everything you wrote (might want to work on that), but I hope I don't overstep my rank as a newbie when I say welcome!

Amoeba of Death
Urban Elemental - Haha, well that's definitely a creative direction to take an elemental. The flavor is all there, and the land-based ability is very creative. However this is most certainly not a red/blue card, I would personally change it to Gruul colors.
Lord of Ruin
Creature - Minotaur
Minotaur creatures you control get "Sacrifice a land: This creature gets +3/+0 until end of turn".

I got beaten again to posting ... My original entry is below.
Spoiler:
@Courtney - I've never won a contest here either, but looking at the cards you've posted ... They really make no sense and it just seemed like you were trolling.
Lord of Ruin - I like this. That's about all I have to say. It's a decent card and it fits the challenge. Doesn't blow me away, but I'd build a deck with it. 8/10
Germification
Sorcery
Exile a creature card from a graveyard. Put an X/X black, white, and green Fungus creature token onto the battlefield. Its power is equal to the power of the exiled card and its toughness is equal to the toughness of the exiled card toughness.
Next challenged : Make a creature with both Persist and Undying.
~Zuty
Spoiler:
Urban Elemental - I like it. Punishes and rewards people using non-basic lands. Not really much wrong I can see here, well done. 10/10
Minotaur Captain
Creature - Minotaur Warrior
Haste
Whenever you cast a Minotaur creature spell, it gains bloodthirst 1.
Whenever a Minotaur enters the battlefield under your control, you may have it deal damage equal to its power to target creature.
2/2
I tried to make an uncommon R/G Minotaur lord, how'd I do?
Eh, I'm not a big fan of that card. I mean, it's okay, but the fact that it is in 3 colors really irks me. I know it was for the challenge, but the white could have been taken out completely, and the green could be taken out as well if it wasn't a Fungus-type creature. It isn't terrible, but it could definitely be better. 5/10
Maglaros, the Undying
Creature — Dragon Zombie
Flying, persist, undying
When Maglaros dies, it deals 2 damage to target creature or player. “To put an end to Maglaros is to do the impossible.”
—Unknown Adventurer
5/5
Render
Since +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters cancel each other out, he is pretty hard to get rid of.
Next Challenge: Make a card that uses four keywords.
Maglaros, the Undying: Hmmm... It doesn't look too broken. Maybe it could cost 1 more, but overall, nice use of persist and undying. 8/10.
Akroma, Angel of Truth
Legendary Creature-Angel
Flying, hexproof, vigilance, protection from red and green
Whenever ~ deals damage, draw that many cards.
6/6
Next Challenge: Make a card that is of no use in any zone but your sideboard.
Sat, 2012-03-10 03:28
Sewn-Eye
Akroma, Angel of Truth - Wow, that's crazy overpowered. 8 mana to draw 6 cards per turn is absolutely wild. The fact that it has hexproof and dishes out lots of damage is just icing and strawberries on the cake. I'm assuming you mean "protection from red and from green", by the way. Also, I'm not sure how much an "Angel of Truth" would really fit with Akroma. 4/10
Invoked Light
Sorcery
At the beginning of the game, if Invoked Light is in your sideboard, you may reveal your hand. If there are three or more white cards in your hand, you may gain 1 life.
Gain 1 life.
Next up! Design a DFC that's an artifact creature on both sides.

Balaam
Invoked Light - Ugh, this is another one of those challenges that makes it impossible to critique a card. I would normally tear this thing apart but the challenge was so impractical. I want to say this card is weak, but I guess gaining 4 life at the beginning of the game with four of these in the sideboard is cool. I do have to take points off though because this card has use outside the sideboard. It has the "gain 1 life" ability by itself on the second line. 7/10
Viral Worm
Artifact Creature - Germ : Tap target artifact. Put a charge counter on Viral Worm.
Remove four charge counters from Viral Worm: Transform Viral Worm.
1/1
/////// Corrupting System
Artifact Creature - Germ : Put a virus counter onto target artifact. , : Gain control of target artifact with a virus counter on it.
1/1
Yeah, giving it no other effects was a problem. I realised I didn't know whether or not to make it a sorcery, or an instant, or even what cost to give it. So I decided to make it practically of no use. Loopholes ftw.

Viral Worm / Corrupting System : I'm starting to think I am being too nice here, but when I saw this all I could think was 'DO WANT!' I really have nothing else to say xD 10/10
Crimson Bow
Artifact - Equipment
Equipped creature has ": This creature deals 1 damage to target creature or player." , : Put an enchantment aura token called Flaming Arrow on ~ with "Enchant Crimson Bow. Sacrifice Flaming Arrow and tap equipped creature: Equipped creature deals 3 damage to target creature or player."
Equip
Interesting right?
Next Challenge : Make a mythic 'Voltron' creature. (IE. Gets bigger and better with multiple equips)
Crimson Bow - I like the idea, but it's very, very clunky. The use of an aura token isn't really necessary; a simple counter would've sufficed. 6/10
Also, the wording is awful on the Flaming Arrow ability. "Put a red enchantment Aura token named Flaming Arrow with "Enchant Crimson Bow. Sacrifice Flaming Arrow and tap creature Crimson Bow is attached to: The creature Crimson Bow is attached to deals 3 damage to target creature or player."
That's the biggest reason why it'd be clunky. So much more spaced could be saved by simply writing:
, : Put a flaming arrow counter on Crimson Bow.
Remove a flaming arrow counter from Crimson Bow and tap equipped creature: Equipped creature deals 3 damage to target creature or player.
Selynith
Creature — Elemental
Aegis (If this would be destroyed, you may instead sacrifice a permanent attached to it. If you do remove all damage from it.)
Whenever Selynith enters the battlefield and at the beginning of your upkeep, reveal the top card of your library. If it's an Aura card, you may put it onto the battlefield attached to Selynith.
2/2
Next up! Design a green card that is capable of destroying lands.
EDIT - Added to the critique of Crimson Bow. Mostly regarding wording.

For Crimson Bow, it may as well be:
Equipped creature has ": ~ deals 1 damage to target creature or player." and ", : ~ deals 3 damage to target creature or player."
This has the same functionality without unnecessary complexity.
Sat, 2012-03-10 08:29
Kagerowrs
Selynith - Very useful in most enchantment deck, looks very flash as well. Surely playable too. 9/10
World's Limit
Sorcery
Mana doesn’t empty from your mana pool as steps and phases end for the rest of the game.
Destroy all lands you control, for each land destroyed this way. Add to your mana pool. As the World’s limit breached, Druids made their last whisper to the nature to finish the war.
I'm not sure about this one...
Next : Make another card with '~for the rest of the game' effect.
Thanks for the suggestions for Crimson Bow. Yeah, I realize now it was too complex and could have been simplified
World's Limit : Really interesting card, does the mana not emptying effect everyone or just you? Looks like everyone, I don't know if that was intended or not. Seems like a decent enough card, but just doesn't really wow me. It's cool, don't get me wrong, just didn't have any reaction when I saw it. 8/10
Orim's Final Deed
Sorcery
You gain 20 life.
You cannot gain life or have your life altered in anyway for the rest of the game.
Next Challenge : Make a COMMON land with two land types.
Orim's Final Deed - Kind of OP. Also, if you can't have your life altered, you can't lose life, and you kind of win. It counts as gaining life if you are at 4 life, and an effect sets you back to to 20. You would have just gained 16 life. @0 life for 3 mana is also too powerful. 4/10
Desert Island
Land - Desert Island : Add to your mana pool.)
~ enters the battlefield tapped. : Target creature doesn't untap at the beginninfg of it's owner's next untap step.
Next:
Make a colored artifact that has no Phyrexian mana and is not from Esper

Desert Island - The only problem with this is that it can keep a creature tapped down by itself. That's VERY good. The ability probably belongs on an uncommon, with an extra cost. 8/10

Inanimate
Hallowed Coffer: Interesting. Chests are a neat design, and it's got a neat pair of abilities; fitting for rare. Complicated, but neat.
Liege of Lightning
Creature - Elemental
Haste
Whenever Liege of Lightning attacks, X 1/1 red Elemental creature tokens onto the battlefield tapped and attacking, where X is Liege of Lightning's power. Exile them at the beginning of the next end step.
3/3
Next: Make a burn spell... that hits players. (Unlike, say, Sunlance or Fire at Will.)
Liege of Lightning - Superb way to express red token spawner, while it didn't lasted much, Lightning usually flavors around high power / low toughness, I think it is okay. 8/10
Deny the Unacceptable
Sorcery
Deny the Unacceptable deals 2 damage to each attacking creature, then for each creature dealt damage this way, it deals 2 damage to that creature’s owner.
Next: Make a Destroy / or Exile target creature without Polymorphing or time and tide-ing.
@Kage - No idea why I didn't see that 'your' there ...
@Orim's Final Deed - I was trying to make a gain 20 life spell, but now you can't gain life or swap life with someone in anyway. I'd still want life to be lost. I could have gone about it a different way I suppose.
Deny the Unacceptable - While white is not known as a burn spell heavy color, this feels REALLY white flavor wise. I can see a stuck-up white mage casting a spell like this. The only thing I would change is the second part. Instead of 'for each creature dealt damage this way' I would have had it say 'for each creature destroyed this way' and upped the damage to 3 for both sides of the card. That's what I would have done, but the card feels very nice and I like it. Just nit-picking. 10/10
Fizzle Out
Instant
Exile target creature token.
Let's stick to this off-color stuff, NEXT CHALLENGE : Make a mono spell that gains you life without stealing it (IE. Killing a creature to gain it or dealing damage to a player and then gaining it)
Fizzle Out - I like this card a lot. I wouldn't say its off color at all because this is essentially what Unsummon does to tokens already. 10/10
Rockjaw Giant
Creature - Giant
Whenever Rockjaw Giant attacks or blocks, sacrifice a Mountain.
Sacrifice a Mountain: You gain 4 life.
7/6
Next - Well, we already did white, blue, and red. Let's do black. Make a mono black spell that lets you go fetch lands from your deck. However, it can't only fetch Swamps.
Rockjaw Giant - Hmm. Not sure how I feel about this. On the one hand, it's probably no better than Cosmic Larva. On the other hand, it somehow manages to feel even plainer than Cosmic Larva did, despite having more abilities. I suppose it's a decent card, but the flavor doesn't exactly exude from all aspects of the card. 5/10
Yukora's Bargain
Sorcery — Arcane
Search your library for a card with converted mana cost X or less, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
Next up! Design a noncreature Elemental card (so, it's probably going to have the Tribal supertype).

Challenge - Make an enemy colored creature card. (R/W, G/B, U/R, G/U, etc...)
~Zuty
Magic: the Gathering Role Playing Game - 'Guild Wars'
Spell Shatter - 9/10 It will usually be cast as a Cancel, but there is that slim chance where you get in a counter war and this will end up as a Counterspell. I think
mana cost would be do-able if it was uncommon, but that might be a bit too good. Great card.
Jik Syltar, Rotmage

Legendary Creature - Skeleton Wizard

Goblin Shrink Ray:
Extremely funny. My only complaint is that it is a bit too complicated to be goblinmade, but it could pass as Izzet or something. It's also a bit expensive, but it's okay since it has a strong effect.
Hoz Clepsydra, Unhallowed Envoy

Creature — Zombie Cleric
Lifelink, persist
Whenever Hoz Clepsydra or another creature enters the battlefield, you may gain 3 life.

Creature - Elk
Protection from red and black.
Swampwalk, mountainwalk.

“And there before me stood a white buck with horns of gold.

Use an image host.
Also, your critique isn't enough.
(Taken from the first post).
You need to do more than just say "good card" or "I don't like it". You need to provide something constructive.
"Too wary to charge, too prudent to serve. Not anymore."
—Sedris, the Traitor King
ok
probally real stupid question: how do you use/open a image host?
I am the magician
How does that even work?
That just happened.
Not sure if COURTNEY is a troll or not at this point ... You did use two of my limitations, but ... I don't think you understand how to play Magic ... I'll do your challenge anyway.
Space Mortal : A
CC 3/3 Haster with the added cost of needing two guys to be tapped still seems ...

I will... Choose a card that is familier because I used it many, many times.
For person wondering, yes. It is purposely broken. (It should be broken enough to be restricted in Legacy.)
Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier

Next challenge: pick a common card from a card game other than Magic: the Gathering and make it into a Magic card.
"All science is either physics or stamp collecting." [Ernest Ruthenford]
"In man we all pray!" [Tony Hadley]
Like fire, hellfire, this fire in my skin, this burning desire...
Orbis Renaissance Community Set - Sculpt a Drama Storyline Community Challenge

Never played Skyrim and don't plan on it.
Rust Tick Extract

Enchantment - Aura
Enchant equipment.
Enchanted equipment loses 'Equip'. If enchanted equipment is already equipped a permanent, unequip it.
Next Challenge : Pick two options
-> Make a legendary Bear
-> A card that settles a tied game (No coin flips/die rolls)
-> A colorless creature that is colored (Transguild Golem)
-> A new ability that cares about cards in exile
-> A four colored general for EDH
Good luck,
~Zuty
Magic: the Gathering Role Playing Game - 'Guild Wars'
@Balaam - Chaos Emperor Dragon -Envoy of The End- is actual banned card from yu-gi-oh. (For reason why it is banned, think as this is a sorcery that can be played by exiling two cards from hand with 'Sacrifice all permanent, for each permanent sacrificed this way, target player loses 2 life.'
Orbis Renaissance Community Set - Sculpt a Drama Storyline Community Challenge
Rust Tick Extract - A neat idea, but for the casting cost, you could destroy 3 artifacts (see Oxidize. Would have worked better in Black (which has no artifact destruction), or with a cantrip "draw a card." 6/10
Colorless Creature - I was about to make one for my Commander themed set anyway! (Cheating slightly- is okay if he's a 5 color commander?)
Gochenour the Negotiator -

: Target player chooses a target player, and then a non-land permanent that player controls. The second player targets a non-land permanent controlled by the first player. They exchange control of those permanents. Gochenour the Negotiator cannot be targeted by this ability.
Legendary Creature - Human Advisor
Gochenour the Negotiator is all colors. If he is in a Commander deck and is not the commander, he is all of the colors of your commander.
Spend only colored many to pay for Gochenour the Negotiator's casting cost and ability cost.
3/4
Challege: Design a non-land that you can legally have more than 4 of in a deck, (a la Relentless Rats)
Tangent Artists present: CRIT! One of three webcomics that updates every weekend!
Gochenour the Negotiator - Wow. Wild card. My biggest gripe is that it's a very blue card. Beyond that, the wording's off and there's just so much of it.
"Spend only colored mana to cast Gochenour the Negotiator.
,
: Two target players chooses a nonland permanent that the other player controls. They exchange control of those permanents. Gochenour cannot be chosen. Spend only only colored mana to activate this ability."
Gochenour is all colors of your commander's color identity. If you do not own a commander, Gocehnour is all colors.
4/10
Mana Rot

(You pay an additional
as you cast this spell. If you do, search your library for a card that shares a name with this card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.)
Enchantment — Aura
Enchant creature
Tether
Enchanted creature gets -2/-2 for each card named Muiris's Plague on the battlefield and in each graveyard.
A deck can have any number of cards named Muiris's Plague in it.
Next up! Design a creature card that has the word "candle" in its name.
"Too wary to charge, too prudent to serve. Not anymore."
—Sedris, the Traitor King
Mana Rot - What is Muiris's plague? Typo, I guess? did you mean Mana rot? Still, fun card 6/10
Candleflame Extinguisher

Creature - Spirit
Flying, Flash
When ~ enters the battlefield, counter target red spell.

Next: Choose three:
-Make a library matters card
-Make a graveyard matters card
-Make a hand matters card
-Make a Ravnica Guild Card
-Make a Kobold card
-Make an enemy colored card
So long, so long, so long, and thanks for all the fish.
My favorite timmy punchline:
"I just assumed blue was the worst color."

"The problem wasn't that our experiment didn't work, it's that it DID work."

Next Challenge : A land that is more useful while not in play. (IE. Riftstone Portal)
~Zuty
Magic: the Gathering Role Playing Game - 'Guild Wars'
HaHaHa just because im 12 and has never won a tournament doesn't mean i dont know magic the gathering

Enhanced Kobold - Very nice! I like how he can make his own minions, and then buff those minions into 1/2s. 10/10
Crystalline Cavern
: Add
to your mana pool.
Land
Reveal ~ from your hand: Draw a card, then put ~ on top of your library.
This card is some simple card-acceleration on a land. The only problem with it, is the infinite combo with Jace's Erasure.
Next: Make an Elemental, but the elemental cannot be of the five overused types (Fire, Water, Air, Earth, Storm). Get creative with it.
Current Projects
Secret Project Beta - Status Report: Blank slate! Still working on the base set.
Veyril - an RTD RPG Adventure - Status Report: Prologue! Round 1 has begun!
Crystalline Cavern - Very original. Only a 9/10 instead of a 10/10, due to the fact that you knew it had an infinite combo and didn't come up with a solution. (Ex. Pay
to use, use only at start of Upkeep, etc.)
How about a trip to Ravnica, via Arabian Nights?
Urban Elemental -

: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool."
Creature - Elemental
All nonbasic lands gain, "Whenever this land becomes tapped, it deals 1 damage to it's controller," and "
Those who mutter, "If only these walls could talk," are often surprised to find out that they can.
5/4
Next challenge: Make a card that would fit in a Minotaur Tribal deck!
Misc Comments on above posts-
Tangent Artists present: CRIT! One of three webcomics that updates every weekend!

2/2
-based on Ruinous Minotaur
Next Challenge: A wedge-colored instant or sorcery.
The statement below is true.
The statement above is false.
I got beaten again to posting ... My original entry is below.

~Zuty
Magic: the Gathering Role Playing Game - 'Guild Wars'

5/5
Since +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters cancel each other out, he is pretty hard to get rid of.
Next Challenge: Make a card that uses four keywords.
A proud member of the Orichite Design Team.
Current Set: Echequer, Masters of the Realm
Maglaros, the Undying: Hmmm... It doesn't look too broken. Maybe it could cost 1 more, but overall, nice use of persist and undying. 8/10.
Akroma, Angel of Truth

Legendary Creature-Angel
Flying, hexproof, vigilance, protection from red and green
Whenever ~ deals damage, draw that many cards.
6/6
Next Challenge: Make a card that is of no use in any zone but your sideboard.

"Too wary to charge, too prudent to serve. Not anymore."
—Sedris, the Traitor King
Invoked Light - Ugh, this is another one of those challenges that makes it impossible to critique a card. I would normally tear this thing apart but the challenge was so impractical. I want to say this card is weak, but I guess gaining 4 life at the beginning of the game with four of these in the sideboard is cool. I do have to take points off though because this card has use outside the sideboard. It has the "gain 1 life" ability by itself on the second line. 7/10
Viral Worm

: Tap target artifact. Put a charge counter on Viral Worm.
: Put a virus counter onto target artifact.
,
: Gain control of target artifact with a virus counter on it.
Artifact Creature - Germ
Remove four charge counters from Viral Worm: Transform Viral Worm.

Corrupting System

Next: Make some flaming arrows and a bow.
Proud member of [Soundtrack]
Yeah, giving it no other effects was a problem. I realised I didn't know whether or not to make it a sorcery, or an instant, or even what cost to give it. So I decided to make it practically of no use. Loopholes ftw.
"Too wary to charge, too prudent to serve. Not anymore."
—Sedris, the Traitor King
Viral Worm / Corrupting System : I'm starting to think I am being too nice here, but when I saw this all I could think was 'DO WANT!' I really have nothing else to say xD 10/10
Crimson Bow

: This creature deals 1 damage to target creature or player."

,
: Put an enchantment aura token called Flaming Arrow on ~ with "Enchant Crimson Bow. Sacrifice Flaming Arrow and tap equipped creature: Equipped creature deals 3 damage to target creature or player."
Artifact - Equipment
Equipped creature has "
Equip
Interesting right?
Next Challenge : Make a mythic 'Voltron' creature. (IE. Gets bigger and better with multiple equips)
~Zuty
Magic: the Gathering Role Playing Game - 'Guild Wars'

"Too wary to charge, too prudent to serve. Not anymore."
—Sedris, the Traitor King
For Crimson Bow, it may as well be:
Equipped creature has "
: ~ deals 1 damage to target creature or player." and "
,
: ~ deals 3 damage to target creature or player."
This has the same functionality without unnecessary complexity.
Selynith - Very useful in most enchantment deck, looks very flash as well. Surely playable too. 9/10
Uh... I can't make another Beast Within. Am I?
World's Limit

to your mana pool.
Sorcery
Mana doesn’t empty from your mana pool as steps and phases end for the rest of the game.
Destroy all lands you control, for each land destroyed this way. Add
As the World’s limit breached, Druids made their last whisper to the nature to finish the war.
I'm not sure about this one...
Next : Make another card with '~for the rest of the game' effect.
Orbis Renaissance Community Set - Sculpt a Drama Storyline Community Challenge

~Zuty
Magic: the Gathering Role Playing Game - 'Guild Wars'
Orim's Final Deed - Kind of OP. Also, if you can't have your life altered, you can't lose life, and you kind of win. It counts as gaining life if you are at 4 life, and an effect sets you back to to 20. You would have just gained 16 life. @0 life for 3 mana is also too powerful. 4/10
Desert Island
: Add
to your mana pool.)
: Target creature doesn't untap at the beginninfg of it's owner's next untap step.
Land - Desert Island
~ enters the battlefield tapped.
Next:
Make a colored artifact that has no Phyrexian mana and is not from Esper
So long, so long, so long, and thanks for all the fish.
My favorite timmy punchline:
"I just assumed blue was the worst color."
Desert Island - The only problem with this is that it can keep a creature tapped down by itself. That's VERY good. The ability probably belongs on an uncommon, with an extra cost. 8/10
Hallowed Coffer

(Open this Chest.)
: Close ~.
Artifact - Chest
Unlock
Whenever ~ is opened, put a 1/1 blue Bird creature token with flying onto the battlefield. Then you gain 5 life.
Next: Make a
token spawner.
Current Projects
Secret Project Beta - Status Report: Blank slate! Still working on the base set.
Veyril - an RTD RPG Adventure - Status Report: Prologue! Round 1 has begun!

3/3
Next: Make a
burn spell... that hits players. (Unlike, say, Sunlance or Fire at Will.)
@Zuty - Mana doesn’t empty from your mana pool as steps and phases end for the rest of the game.
It only applies for caster.
I am maybe bit surprised, because at current point, that card is in Legacy level...
Orbis Renaissance Community Set - Sculpt a Drama Storyline Community Challenge
Liege of Lightning - Superb way to express red token spawner, while it didn't lasted much, Lightning usually flavors around high power / low toughness, I think it is okay. 8/10
Deny the Unacceptable

Sorcery
Deny the Unacceptable deals 2 damage to each attacking creature, then for each creature dealt damage this way, it deals 2 damage to that creature’s owner.
Next: Make a
Destroy / or Exile target creature without Polymorphing or time and tide-ing.
Orbis Renaissance Community Set - Sculpt a Drama Storyline Community Challenge
@Kage - No idea why I didn't see that 'your' there ...

Let's stick to this off-color stuff, NEXT CHALLENGE : Make a mono
spell that gains you life without stealing it (IE. Killing a creature to gain it or dealing damage to a player and then gaining it)
~Zuty
Magic: the Gathering Role Playing Game - 'Guild Wars'
Fizzle Out - I like this card a lot. I wouldn't say its off color at all because this is essentially what Unsummon does to tokens already. 10/10
Rockjaw Giant

Creature - Giant
Whenever Rockjaw Giant attacks or blocks, sacrifice a Mountain.
Sacrifice a Mountain: You gain 4 life.
7/6
Next - Well, we already did white, blue, and red. Let's do black. Make a mono black spell that lets you go fetch lands from your deck. However, it can't only fetch Swamps.
Proud member of [Soundtrack]

"Too wary to charge, too prudent to serve. Not anymore."
—Sedris, the Traitor King
