Decided to try to make a walker, so here goes:

I've been gone WAY too long. Hi again everyone!

EDIT: Explaining "scribe a scroll".

Scribing a scroll is similar to creating a token. Just as a token is a permanent that only exists on the battlefield and ceases to exist if moved anywhere else, a scroll is an instant or sorcery that only exists while in a player's hand or is being cast. Unlike tokens, they count as cards, and therefore are affected by spells and abilities that affect cards in hand, such a discard spells and costs.

In addition to the modified token rules, scrolls are always revealed while in a player's hand. Because they have a cost, spells and abilities that scribe them don't specify a color, as the cost shows what color the scroll is. If a spell or ability causes a player that is NOT the owner/controller of the spell or ability to scribe a scroll, the scroll's cost usually includes a way to cast it without colored mana, such as the above Unleashed Flames costing 2/R.

A scribed scroll IS added to the player's hand, but is NOT drawn. Therefore, abilities that trigger only when a card is drawn won't trigger, but abilities that care about cards being added to a player's hand to see the event. A scroll also counts against a player's maximum end-of-turn hand size.

While not shown in my entry, scroll copies are possible. For example, if an ability allowed a player to scribe a copy of an instant or sorcery on the stack, and it targets another player's Counterspell, then the resulting scroll that is scribed would be "an instant scroll named Counterspell that costs UU and has 'Counter target spell.'" assuming the ability that created the scroll didn't add other abilities or change the mana cost.

Am I missing any rules interactions that would be important?

@Quazer: Welcome back. Some reminder text explaining what it means to scribe something would be nice.

Is a Scroll similar to a Token?

My colors: Freedom (Red mana symbol) through Knowledge (Blue mana symbol) and Organization (White mana symbol).
