Add/Delete Crash

BunnieRein	When you add a card to a set then delete that card. Then create a new set (doesn't matter if you save or not) MSE crashes. It doesn't crash if you simply add a new card or delete a card that existed since the opening of MSE then create a new set. edit: version 0.2.6 Custom File Library: http://mtg.pifro.com/

Nemephosis	Confirmed. "mse.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart this program. An error log is being created." Save often, and if you add a card then delete it, don't open anything else without saving if you don't want to lose everything you did up to that point in that session.
