i want to make a keyword called Vampized. its to turn a creature into a vampire. HOWEVER i wanna make it if W was in the Vampized cost then you become white; same true for Red Black and Blue (white is on ONE creature) so is there a way i can make the custom keyword work. this is what i have so far (and isn't working):
Vampized <mana>

{param1}: If CARDNAME isn’t a vampire, change the text of this creature by replacing all instances of one creature type with Vampire. CARDNAME becomes
{if {colored_mana(param1)}==W then "White"
else if {colored_mana(param1)}==[U] then "Blue"
else if {colored_mana(param1)}==[R] then "Red"
else if {colored_mana(param1)}==[B] then "Black"
else "[W]"} in addition to its other colours. Vampized only as a sorcery.

Also to point out that all Vampized abilities will be mono coloured

P.S. idk if i put this in the right place

This is the right forum.

I'm not sure what you're trying to do here. Is this supposed to be like Monstrosity?

colored_mana() only returns the number of colored mana symbols. You will either use contains() or have to make a new script for this.

{ if contains(param1, match: "W") then "white"
else if contains(param1, match: "U") then "blue"
else if contains(param1, match: "B") then "black"
else if contains(param1, match: "R") then "red"}

THANKS cajun that works PERFECTTLY and sort off jacqui-pup, i wanna make a keyword that is Monstrosity and embalm on one ability THOUGH no tokens as my set isn't token based. otherwise you could just exile it and make a token of the card thats a vampire

I'm curious as to why? Like... this is a ludicrous pile of complexity for a mechanic that, outside of color or creature type interactions, quite literally does nothing. Why is this a good design?
