One month. One team. One set. (Take two.)
Howdy hey! If you all remember, I attempted a 30-day custom design challenge awhile back, where each person who joined would be on the hook for exactly one card every 24 hours. The set was off to a great start, except the holidays happened and I seem to have a habit of mysteriously disappearing in December and reappearing in January with no recollection of what I had been doing previously. Well... December is long gone, mis amigos! So this time, I'm here to stay.
The rules are the same as last time: Each day, I'll update the thread with a challenge, and each day everyone on the team will submit one card for the challenge. Kind of like the CotW challenges, except you only have a day - and I need those cards, baby! Because when the month (or so) is over, we'll have 240 cards and a completed custom set.
I'm looking for seven other designers at a minimum, but I'll take as many as I can get, provided it's an even multiple of 240 (so 8, 10, or 12 will be optimal). If I can get that many people excited, I'll start up the challenges and we can get this show on the road!
I've also learned a couple of things from last time around:
1. This set is going to need ART, baby. So when you send your suggestions, send 'em with art and FT if possible. The less we have to add flavor at the end, the better.
Those are the only major changes from last time. Anyone who wants to join is welcome - I look forward to anyone who wants to hop in! You can check the previous thread here to see how things were run last time. In the meantime, let me know if you want to join, and let's start coming up with ideas for a set! (Probably not going to do Egypt this time around...)
