Hey everyone, but especially WindyDelcarlo,

I've been scouring the internet over the past week or so to find a way to export from Magic Set Editor to LackeyCCG using Magic Set Editor's built in export feature. As far as I can tell, there isn't a .mse-export-template that's maintained (which I hope I'm wrong about!), but you folks seem to do it with some regularity.

Here's my question: WindyDelcarlo, when maintaining Project Cephalid, what's your workflow? You seem to be doing an excellent job of rapidly pushing updates, and the plugin works well (incidentally, nice cards, everyone).

Here's my motivation: I want to make an .mse-export-template file that dumps the text of the set to a correctly formatted LackeyCCG allcards.txt, the images into a subfolder of setimages, and with the whole directory structure correct and suitable for copy and pasting. I realize this approach would overwrite things for a multi-set project like you folks are running, but I still want to do it: my little brothers would love to be able to one-click export their cards that we could then playtest, and I'm sure other people would also find it useful.

I've examined Pichoro's forum exporter and think this is possible, barring technical limitations I may be unaware of (can MSE create directories?). However, before I embark, I wanted to see if there was anything I could start from.

I definitely missed this, which isn't great.

If you're looking back for answers: it's not difficult if you're trying to run a one-set thing. If you're trying to do multiple sets, you simply export them using the LackeyCCG export template and combine the allcards files. I don't know anything about the in-depth coding of an export template, so I can't really help with that.

When I export the cards through LackeyCCG, I also shift the cards so they fit correctly into the categories and allow them to spawn tokens and such, but that isn't necessary for the core function.
